Still looking for an owner. Rules listed below.

    A. Draft Order - The order of the draft for the league's 15 owners will be determined by a lottery (based on the Massachusetts State Lottery) that will be held 2 weeks prior to the draft.

    B. Snake Draft - That team that picks last in any round will pick first in the next round.

    C. Time Limit - Each team will have 90 seconds to make its selection. If an owner lets the 90-second clock expire before making his selection, CBS will automatically select the highest ranked player on its own draftboard for that owner (or from that owner's queue if he has players in the queue).

    D. Mixed League - Players from both the AL + NL are eligible for the draft.

    E. Active Player Draft - 23 players (14 offensive, 9 pitchers). The 14 offensive positions are 2 C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, MI, CO, 5 OF, and Utility. The 9 pitchers can be any combination of starters and relievers.

    F. Reserve Draft - 7 players of any position. (Note: if an owner chooses to take a reserve player before his active slots are filled, that is acceptable.)

    G. No Keepers - No players are kept beyond the current season.

    2. Categories - Offensive categories are AVE., HR, RBI, R, + SB. Pitching categories are W, K, ERA, WHIP, + SAVES.

    3. Position Eligibility - A player is eligible at any position that he appeared at for at least 20 games last year. Once the season starts, a player becomes eligible at any new position at which he appears at least 10 times. A middle infielder or corner must play 20 games at one of the positions to qualify. CBS will be the sole provider of position eligibility for all players (including minor leaguers who are promoted and free agents who have been out of baseball for a period of time).

    4. Innings Pitched Requirement - A team's pitchers must pitch a total of 700 innings during the season to receive points in ERA and WHIP. Any team that does not meet this requirement maintains its place in the ERA and WHIP standings, but receives zero points in both of these categories.

    5. Weekly Lineups - Each week runs from Monday to Sunday. Changes in your line-up for the upcoming week can be made up to one-half hour before the start of games each Monday.

    6. Trades - No trades are allowed at any time.

    7. Free Agents - Each team will have a free agent acquisition budget of $1,000. The minimum bid is $1 and must be made before 2:00 a.m. (Eastern) on Sunday mornings. Bids must be made in dollar increments (no cents). If more than one team has the highest bid on a free agent, the player goes to the team that is lowest in that day's standings. If a team spends its entire acquistion budget before the end of the season, that team will no longer be able to bid on free agents ($0 bids are not legal).

    8. Entry Fee - The fee is $300 and must be paid 3 weeks prior to the draft (March 7). Any team that is not paid in full cannot participate in the draft lottery or the draft.

    9. Prize Money - Prizes will be awarded to the top 6 teams as follows: 1st = $1,350, 2nd= $1,000, 3rd = $800, 4th = $600, 5th = $400, 6th = $200. Prize money will be sent to all winners within 2 days of the end of the season.

    10. Resolving Ties - In case of ties in total points at the end of the season, prize money will be split evenly by the tied teams.

    11. Playoff Games - The fantasy season ends at the conclusion of the regular season schedule. However, if a game is needed by major league baseball to determine a division or wild-card champion, that game is considered to be a regular-season game and all stats from that game are counted as regular-season stats.

    12. Collusion - In the unlikely event that an owner drops a star player from his roster for the sole purpose of having a fellow owner pick this player up (in an obvious act of collusion), the commissioner reserves the right to disallow the drop and place the star player back on his original roster.
