    So maybe not?
Not the total roster size though right?

Active rosters drop from 28 to 26 on May 2, but the 13-pitcher roster limitation goes into effect on May 29.

Does the way this is working out this year feel strange to anyone else? Every year we see differences in the game due to outside influences (i.e. humidor), but this one feels really odd. There are a large number of pitchers who we previous thought were just *bad* who are doing well. It's like instead of baseball numbers shifting, they have flipped.

How did we end up in a state where Kyle Wright, Brad Keller, Eric Lauer, Dylan Bundy, and Bruce Zimmerman are outpitching Gerrit Cole, Freddy Peralta, Tyler Mahle, Zack Wheeler, and Brandon Woodruff? Obviously small sample sizes apply and I cherry picked the names. Maybe this happens every year and I just haven't noticed. The hot names this year are just guys that I never thought would be the hot names.

The Arizona Diamondbacks team BA so far is .178. Not a typo.
