  • Failed New Years Resolution

I have failed my resolution to eat more pie.

I have only had one piece (Carmel Apple) since the New Year. I must be more intentional, diligent, and dedicated. Pizza does not count.

      It is.

Sometimes it is a cake, but it is never NOT a pie. Our families tradition is to have Cheesecake pie on New Years Eve.

Ok now we both have controversy. I just read that it is not cake or pie. It is a a tart!

This may just have to go in the Hot Button Topic thread. This is not going to make my NYR any easier. Bah.

I'm only going to give you until March 14 to get this fixed.

So how many pieces do you get out of a normal pie?

Normal is 6 or 8. I have been know to go 4 slices.

If I split the pie with my wife that means we get 3 or 4 days of pie. I think a reasonable goal would be a pie every other week.

                        Six is the correct answer.
It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.
