Yes, unless your roster cap equals your starters + reserves (unlikely since most leagues have IL spots). Yes. CBS stupidly (what else is new) looks at Starters+Reserves+IL+Farm caps and if you have open spots, they will add players regardless of where they actually fall. That's why, as DMT said, you have to tie an end player into every move, because the system will stop when that end player is where you wanted to place him.Comment

so unfortunately, I have several open reserve spots, so I can't tie my moves to a player. So i guess I overbid and have to drop someone and lose FAAB money, or risk not filling my roster. Do you have a farm system or players on the IL already? If so, just move them to your active roster and have them go back as the end move. Or if not, ask the commish to add a placeholder player.Originally posted by The Feral Slasher View PostComment

Its RJEL, I activated one guy from IL, but since I dropped Devensky to get under the cap, it won't let me add another (he still shows on roster for period 3, but I cant drop him in a FAAB transaction).
