    Phone A Friend Question

    20 team, mixed, OBP/SLG replaces BA/HR, 5x5. $260 budget, 2C/1 UT.

    Player A is trading Vlad, $10, last year of contract. He has three options:

    Option A: Clint Frazier, $10, can add one year to $15. Nick Madrigal $5 this year, $10 next. Lance McCullers $13/final

    Option B: Troy Mancini $5, $10 next. Ian Happ $11, $16 next.

    Option C: Keep Vlad.

    No penalites for early cuts. His existing keeper list is mid-tier; there's a clear 6 teams better than his, 5-6 teams worse, and the remainder about the same.

      I like option A...Frazier is finally coming into his own, should be good for your parameters. I'd add the year if that's within budget. I like Madrigal to add good speed and runs...and McCullers looks like he'll give you a nice starting option.

        I think option B is best, option A is not as good. Option C keeping Glad seems the worst option

                    I have C edging out A. And I wouldnt extend Frazier. His opinion of Madrigal and his team's makeup are the key drivers that may flip that.
                    Or keep fishing.
