All of them - ALL OF THEM - come out of the Trump sewer proclaiming that he is unfit for office, highly dangerous, and just generally a complete dumbfuck incapable of even understanding global politics.

Of course, former guy fans just dismiss each and every one of them, from four star generals to CEOs of major corporations, as liars while ignoring the fact that their guy lies more than pretty much any human in history.

      • The former guy has apparently instructed his former aides to refuse to comply with subpoenas issued by the House investigating the January 6th insurrection. This is 100% obstruction of justice and this time his evilness will not be protected by executive immunity. He should have been prosecuted for the last time during the Mueller investigation during which he was documented to have obstructed justice repeatedly but protected by the cowardice of the DOJ. Crime number 1,432,768 by this horrific excuse of a human.

It's just amazing to me that this is what the GOP has become: a bunch of whiny little cheaters.

            • Some news related to the BIG LIE out of our favorite ne'er do well state, Texas:

Governor Abbott just made one of Former Guy's big lie lawyers the head election official in Texas. This guy filed one of the ridiculous, frivolous lawsuits to overturn the election - the one he was on was in Pennsylvania.

Texas Lt. Governor Joe Bigot, or whatever his name is, one week after the 2020 election promised a $1M bounty to anyone who provided proof of election fraud. Well, the first payout just came (it was only $25k because even their brags are lies, too) and it was to a Pennsylvania poll worker who turned in a Republican man who voted twice (once in his name and once in the name of his Democrat-voting son).

              • The House voted to hold Steve Bannon in criminal contempt. Amazingly, 207 votes against came from “Rule of Law” Republicans. I guess the law doesn’t matter when it’s your people breaking them.

                • Organizers of the the insurrection against our country have admitted they had "dozens" of planning meetings with members of Congress in advance of the attack on our Capitol. They are starting to name names - thus far, several extremist Republicans have been named, including Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.), Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.), Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.), Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), and Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) along with, of course, Marjorie Taylor Greene. Paul Gosar apparently dangled the idea of mass federal pardons for the seditionists.

Remove the seditionists from Congress. Arrest them all.

                  • Couple thoughts, based off of the revelations about Republicans' complicity in the attack on our Capitol:

                    - Lauren Boebert, who if you recall tweeted the whereabouts of Speaker Pelosi during the insurrection, was only elected to Congress in 2020! This means she was plotting against the government before she was even a part of it.
                    - Mark Meadows, White House Chief of Staff, is implicated all over the place by this reporting, too, in case anyone was wondering how former guy's band of corrupt admin officials were escaping scrutiny.
                    - No fucking wonder the Republicans wanted to block this investigation. It's just as we suspected - they are thick as thieves in their involvement into the attempted coup.
                    - Thank god Pelosi said no to the notion of putting Republican insurrectionists on the investigating committee.

They should 100% be arrested, if it can be proven they aided the insurrectionists in breaching the Capitol, but they won't be.

Not really related, but Boebert was one of the first in the GOP to post an incredibly distasteful tweet about Alec Baldwin's tragic killing of a woman when he was told it was a cold gun. Politicians often make me sick, and disturbingly, they are a often representative sampling of our overall population.

Trump Jr. is already using it to raise some cash, selling t-shirts for $27.99 that say “Guns don’t kill people, Alec Baldwin kills people.” $27.99 for a friggin t-shirt?!? That’s the biggest atrocity of it all!

You're right. They won't be. Nothing will happen to any of these people, except they will keep getting re-elected by the voters who put them in office to begin with. Except maybe Gosar.

while 28 bucks for a t-shirt is indeed an atrocity, trying to make money off someone's tragic death is a bit worse. It's just sad that there is apparently a market for this. Who would hear about this and decide to try to make money off it? I guess we know who.
