First female MLB GM - Kim Ng

Kim Ng was named general manager of the Marlins today. I'm happy to see this. I dont know how she'll do but she's been in baseball for about 30 years so she's paid her dues. Historic day for baseball. Probably should have happened long ago. She also is the first Asian-American GM. I remember her as a long-time assistant GM w the Dodgers. I didnt know it before today but she was first an assistant GM w the Yankees. I guess that began her business relationship w Derek Jeter, now the Marlins owner.
