FanDuel running a promo on the Rams-Cowboys game. For every 5,000 who bet on the Rams at -110, the line will move 1 pt. Currently it’s Rams +7. I’ll wait until I see at least +13 to plunk down $50 on them.

They’re also running a promo on the Notre Dame-Duke game. Bet either side and get $6 in site credit for every TD they score.

Don't forget the ND-Duke promo! $50 min bet though.

The Rams line is up to +11, BTW.

For new users, DraftKings is running a +1000 odds boost on any NFL game this week.

I went 10 bucks on the Rams on FD, line is still +11 but should rise.

FanDuel blows chunks, imo. can't even access the site on my desktop, so I had to install the app on my iPhone to bet.

no need for that on DraftKings. pretty lame of FD - old people tend to have disposable income for things like, um, betting.

many people older than me will blow off FD off entirely if they can make bets on desktop with DK - they may not even have any apps, or even an iPhone.

I might have blown off FD myself, except they just added $50 to my former (and almost never used) joint DFS account plus they have this Rams offer. am again playing with house money.

in retrospect, the better play would be to wait til just before game time, then adjust the wager according to the exact line. but I'm busy tomorrow, so...

this is for the Cowboys, Jets, and Giants games. so if you bet $25 a team, it doesn't cover the spread, and they score two TDs, you get $12 of free bets after losing $25.

in the current environment, this is kind of meh.

I left 40 bucks of free money on the table by being busy this morning and betting only 10 bucks too soon


but with this win I'm up around $300 in the past 2 months.

3-1 with my published picks against the spread this week (Eagles wtf) and have PIT -6 tomorrow.
48-33-4 last season, which is insane.
was 6-2 in playoffs before 2 Chiefs comebacks helped me end just 6-5 (still profitable)

I had similar results for 10 weeks in 2018 before the wheels came off - an 0-5 and 1-4 fortnight - and I finished just under .500.
