Yeah, it's still early but if the season ended now, the playoff teams would be:

AL
Yankees
Athletics
Twins
Astros (would get in despite having losing record)
Tigers (worst team in MLB in 2019)
Orioles (2nd worst team in MLB in 2019)
White Sox (not a 2019 playoff team)
Indians (not a 2019 playoff team)

Rays would not get in. They were a playoff team last year when only 10 teams got in.

Dodgers
Braves
Marlins (you know, that bad team that is missing half their players. They have MLB's best record. Had 3rd worst team in MLB in 2019)
Reds (not a 2019 playoff team; would get in despite having losing record)
Phillies (not a 2019 playoff team)
Cubs (not a 2019 playoff team)
Rockies (not a 2019 playoff team)
Padres (not a 2019 playoff team)

Neither the Brewers, nor the division-winning Cardinals nor the defending WS champion Nats would get in. All were playoff teams last year when only 10 teams got in.

True enough, but the difference is this season is only 60 games. It's early but there are only 7 weeks left.
