        Same as I've got...so you're fine as long as your water is drinkable...mine is OK, but it doesn't taste very good.

          You should not walk with an imbalanced load. Next time, make sure it's a six-pack in each hand.

              That counts as isometric exercise, so you worked in your core as stabilizing muscles. So, a very healthy choice for you to buy that six pack.
