Trouble with Hulu?

The TV is a smart TV. This does not allow us to remove an app and reinstall it.

We are watching Castle Rock. About every ten minutes the screen freezes and goes dark. We have to click return then hit resume. Unplugging everything has had no effect.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the new world of everyone being at home and streaming. All of the services that I'm aware of have dumbed down the quality of the streams from HD to standard definition, and it's still not going to help when so many people are now home all day long The best you can probably do is to download things in the middle of the night if you can.

Sorry, no help at this point in time. I did check speed the other morning at 4:30 AM and was getting 62 MB on a Verizon puck, at 8:30 AM I checked again and was getting 21 MB.

My only advice is to try to update the firmware. Otherwise it's a connectivity issue which you pretty much have no control over.
