I resorted to using dog clippers for the beard.

Ha, more like Ground Hog Day.

I was shocked at the charging time. Supposedly it will last awhile like 3 months.

Nah, it's just a normal trimmer from what I can tell. I'm sure more expensive since it's for a niche.

Tried it yesterday. It cuts well. Had a bit of an issue when I hacked a bit to close on the right side. I was able to feather it in but will have to wait for some growth to make it all even. With practice I have no doubt this is the one.

The unit I have at home will be "retired" when we can get back there.

I've been planning to buzz the head for a couple weeks now but can't build up the courage to do it. As a kid/teen I did it all the time but I have a feeling it's going to age me 30 years now and I'll look exactly like my bald dad

If you can grow hair do it. For some that ability does not last forever.

I have a pretty noticeable bad spot up top, there's a few hairs trying to hang on but it aint pretty so cutting it all off may be the better look.

Had to use the beard trimmer yesterday. Didn't learn my lesson from the first time and set it too short but I don't give a crap. Luckily, my wife actually likes it this time so I've got a month's worth of not combing my hair

am sticking with my "au naturel" look - kinda matches my general mood.

what better time to do it than now?

I'm in a "mask at all times when in public" state, though - so no strangers get to see this hideous beard!
