I offered Hill/Britton for Soler July 29. The other owner is crying sour grapes today as Hill hit the DL. Here is the exchange he made public:

It's been 7 days since the trade was offered. Hill pitched a gem July 28. The trade was offered July 29. You accepted July 30 and the trade processed on Aug 2. There was no news of Hill being injured at any time - we are going back almost a week. I don't trade players who are knowingly injured.

It's unfortunate that Hill went on the IL. There were no signs of this late July. Welcome to fantasy baseball where injuries are part of the game.

I finished 9th last year, heh. which is surprising. I do H2H. im hoping to get this team. it was really hard finding a 1B I could live with. I try to base my team on speed. one of the managers in the league drafted 9 closers (4 are backups) and did the trading block thing, heh. I think Nick Madrigal will be the key to my team.

I found that the FAAB thing took a lot of the fun away last year. I liked just being able to pick guys up as soon as I found them. But I'll give it a shot again this year.

It appears my team finished 7th last year. Seems like they should have been better with Brandon Lowe, Dansby Swanson, Luke Voit, Willi Castro, AJ Pollock, Kyle Seager... but who knows how long I actually had those guys.

I usually do Yahoo, and Roto. H2H is an interesting challenge, since you're almost guaranteed to lose the first few weeks, but if you can make the playoffs you should be a strong contender by then.

yeah maybe roto is the better idea...ESPN is pushing all its users into fantasy football formats. I only want to do a live draft to get it done right away and also because it is funny as hell to read the chat box when you are taking guys who they never heard of in the first round.

12 teams or 10? 10 seems too easy.

ETA: Nobody is playing roto on ESPN. Im moving to yahoo. Still a live draft so I can read the fun reactions
