I just traded for him. I hope he has another good year or two left in him. I'm sure Minny hopes the same!

Annnd, I already traded him . Everyone thought I was nuts for trading Nolan Arrenado for a couple of low end keepers and a trio of top end prospects. But through four more deals in 48 hours, I got Donaldson, then flipped him and some of the prospects I got back for Nolan. I ended up netting Nolan Gorman and Mitch Keller for Sam Hillard and a second round recoup prospect draft pick . To get Arenado, though, I did part of Donaldson, Julio Rodriguez, and Marco Luciano for Arenado and Gorman. Mayb have been an overpay, but the other deals meant I came full circle on major leaguers and ahead in the minors.

Back to the thread, I still like Donaldson a lot in Minny. But as cavebird said, the injury risk is there and Cruz has dh locked down for this year.
