Which keeper to target?

I'm in rebuild mode and making some trades for next year in mind. 12 team league. We start 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 Flex. 1/2 pt ppr. How would you rank the following keepers to target (round they can be kept in next year, in parenthesis).

Kareem Hunt (9)
Michael Gallup (10)
Courtland Sutton (9)
DJ Chark (7)
Mecole Hardman (7)
Terry McLaurin (7)

Kittle (6) and Waller (11) maaaaay be available but I'm not banking on that yet.

I agree, but Hunt has highest upside as he actually has the most unknown value next year. It is possible he lands a starting role next year and that would make him a 2nd/3rd round type player.
