Not too late for the commish in my league like maybe 10 years ago, who changed his roster at around 2:30 PM in a playoff game (maybe hoping nobody would notice) after one of his bench guys scored a TD or two in the first half.

Best part about the story was his half-baked logic that he did not have a chance to get to a computer until the time he made the switch and thought it would be okay. Actually, no, the best part of the story was that even with the shenanigans, I beat him. And then never played in a fantasy league with him again.
