You know that your team is stacked when Carlos Correa bats 7th in your lineup and Zack Greinke is your #3 starter!

I haven't been able to see much of the postseason but there are some great storylines - the Cards pushing Atl to Game 5 with a great comeback, and the Max&Stras show going back to LA for Game 5 ... good stuff.

Thrilled to see the Rays win one handily over the Astros while the Yankees swept with their pitchers performing as well as their hitters. It's giving me a lot more hope, whereas I previously thought the Astros had to be viewed as big favorites for the pennant.

    elimination games today:

Flaherty vs Folty ... could easily see Atl eliminated here (wow!)
Strasburg vs Buehler ... could easily see the Dodgers eliminated here (again, wow!)

    and tomorrow:

Glasnow vs Cole ... both have been spectacular, it could just be one lucky swing of the bat

BTW, if you haven't seen the Kiermeier - Adames - D'Arnaud relay to get Altuve at the plate you need to see it ... the most perfectly executed relay I've seen

Also being billed as the Former Pirates Fall Classic. And don't forget Charlie Morton, who will be available to pitch in relief.

The Dodgers and Nationals are going extra innings with both of their seasons on the line after Kershaw blows the save by allowing solo homers to Rendon and Soto. Wow!

The Cardinals seem to be relishing the underdog role so far this season. First they surprise the Brewers and Cubs by winning the NL Central. And now they've upset the Braves in the NLDS.

Who needs Bryce Harper when the Nats have Howie Kendrick hitting extra inning grand slams in the post-season?
