Keeping up with the Joneses

Last week I climbed back into first place in a shallow 14-team keep forever league. After the 2 teams below me made moves, and wanting to solidify my pitching, I just traded:

Desmond/Holland/JChávez
2020 Draft Picks Round 6 and 10

for

MSmith / AChapman / YChirinos
2020 Draft Picks Round 8 and 13

The first 4 rounds are mandatory keepers, so with 56 players off the board, I traded a late '2nd' round pick for an early '4th'.

My 2 DL spots are occupied by Kluber and Hamels. Now, YMolina is out for 3+ weeks (1C). I have 3 options:

Take the 0.
Drop him for RPerez, Maldonado or Suzuki
DL him and drop Hamels, then pick up a C.

We have 25 moves per year and I have used 13. Thoughts?

A seller got a boatload (Sisco Posey Chavis plus 6th and 9th pick for Grandal Corbin Yarbrough 14th and 17th). I was in talks but I realized the pitchers would only help me until Kluber/Hamels came off the DL at which point I'd have to start dropping. A 6th was too much then the other owner added a 9th.

Now Pham/KDavis are available. I'm focusing on Pham. Is KDavis worth considering? I plan to send EE back or drop him and when everyone is healthy Mallex/Vogelbach are probably the ones to go.
