Free Agent bumper crop?

This feels like a landmark week in Free Agency in my league. My team has been both healthy and dominant, and I have had little opportunity to pick up FAs. There are an unusual number of tantalizing options, it seems. I dont have real weaknesses, and I'm interested in whomever will have the best chance at contributing rest of season, and being keepable at $10 in 2020. Feel free to rank in comments. Thanks.

I'm not sure how these guys are available in a 10-tm AL only (especially Dozier, who is performing at an All Star level), but all of these players should be bid upon.

We use a traditional (Founding Fathers) setup where true Free Agency doesn’t begin until after the All Star Break. Prior, we can only acquire free agents through injury replacement, demotion, trade to other league. Still pretty puzzling that Dozier is available, and Vogelbach was recently released as an injury replacement.
