If the Pelicans were willing to trade Davis for the #1 pick and if Davis was willing to extend with his new team, would you prefer to keep the #1 pick (presumably for Zion), or would you trade it for Davis?

Or would you wait until you could talk with key free agents and let them weigh in on whether you make that trade?

LOL. Yep, that has to be rethought. Not sure the Knicks can tempt the Pels with the #3 pick and, say, Kevin Knox or Mitchell Robinson. Maybe Davis would be willing to stay IF they can bring in one key free agent to supplement an AD-Zion-Jrue core.

Going to be a bit of a bidding war with the Lakers having #4 as well. Just glad Boston ended up at 14, though they do have 20 and 22. Still, any deal they put together is going to have to be centered around young players and not picks.

I don't think #3 and just 1 player gets it done for the Knicks.
