    Patience

    Do you consider yourself a patient person?

    I am better than I was, and not as good as I am going to be.

    I find that it does not come naturally to me, but it is something I can practice.

    I think I used to be more "patient" than I am now.

    But really what other people (and I) thought was patience was me just letting people push my boundaries without sticking up for myself. And as I've learned to stick up for myself more, I get angry easier. But I think that's more healthy than just swallowing all that anger and letting it build up resentment and bitterness inside me (which had health consequences, as well).

    Maybe as I continue to grow, I'll learn how to come back to patience without forsaking what I've learned about the value of being honest with myself and others about how I feel.

            I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.

                              Honestly....I have never been patient.

                              That's probably why I love doing most things by myself, because I don't have the patience to wait for others to do their part so I can do mine.

                              It's really terrible and selfish, at times.....but I admit the fault....

                              In return, a positive side, is that I hate missing deadlines. If someone or myself sets a deadline, I'll stick to it.

                              Or maybe that it's that I never want to let anyone down or be disappointed in me. :daddyissue:
