I'm excited. With all the injuries to my squad I could sure use a good bad right now. Having said that, my hitting will be tough to beat, but it's my pitching that will determine success or failure in 2019.

Edited to add: In response to your post, so are you telling me you will have a pic of Vlad above the bed to help eliminate the need for Viagra?

Nope, just the screengrab of the MLB alert. Enlarged 10,000x and taking up the entirety of my mirrored ceiling, but not covering the three-person swing. Wait...TMI?

Of all the years on this board I don't remember this kind of excitement about one prospect since Ken Griffey Jr. Was this board even here in 1989?

LOL. You must be under 40 Hobbs. Back then, the only access to online info was BBS dailup, or Usenet. The internet did not even exist as we know it today.

Anyone on here remember usenet fantasy baseball user group? I remember reading Keith Law back in the early 90's.

                or Matt Wieters.
It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.

I still can't believed I refused an offer of Kershaw+ for Wieters. I still cringe over that.

I am co-opting this thread to announce Happy Kieboom day, which will also be Friday. Not quite the same fanfare, and Kieboom likely isn't up for good, but I like him long term.

I like him a lot, but I am concerned about his K rate.

Or the technology breakthrough when all-star-stats had a phone number system and not just weekly faxes

Roy Hobbs - I think rotojunkie started late 1990s with Bob and Byron. I feel like I joined a year or so in. Of course, I don’t post as often as some here, but I make up for it in lack of quality!
