I guess you have to go with Rosario, if only because he has proven himself to be an upside major leaguer. Damn, hard to pass on Hampson in a keep forever though.

I an OBP league, Rosario has been awful in his big league career...both seasons under .300. That'l bite you hard when a player gets over 500 PA's. Personally, I'd take the chance on Hampson in Coors...upside is pretty impressive."Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake."

Rosario had 20 SB in second half last year (yes, modest .304 OBP). SBs are like diamonds these days. yes Hampson runs, too - but does he play?
Rosario's also 23 - more than a year younger than Hampson.
plus the Rockies don't like young people.

Hampson. And it’s not really close imo.
The ceiling on Hampson is probably a Trey Turner starter kit. For Rosario it’s... not. And I’m a Mets fan.Comment

Yeah... I would keep Hampson even though it's a bad move for this year. I think long-term he's a starter somewhere in the Rockies lineup posting a .360+ OBP and 40 steals. Just not this year because he's not old.Comment
