Lawsuits files because this damages my degree. This is just utter and complete crap!

"Her degree is now not worth as much as it was before, because prospective employers may now question whether she was admitted to the university on her own merits, versus having rich parents who were willing to bribe school officials."

IMO, nothing like trying to get a quick buck out of this.

i have epiphanies like that all the time. for example i was watching a basketball game today and realized pom poms are like a pair of tits. there's 2 of them. they're round. they shake. women play with them. thus instead of having two, cheerleaders have four boobs.

Yeah, that's ridiculous. I'd be slightly more understanding of a lawsuit on behalf of rejected students with better credentials - the type of suit that has been used to curtail/constrain affirmative action policies and programs. Not that I necessarily see such a litigation as productive, but at least it would align with previously recognized harms and remedies.

Yes, but on the other hand, I don't have much sympathy for targets of nuisance lawsuits when their corrupt behavior begs for them.

"The question is," said Humpty Dumpty, "which is to be master - that's all."

I completetly agree. All it does it make money for lawyers. No offense to the esteemed attorney's here at The Bar.

                  are they still alleged?
It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.
