Did you mean DeJong as a non brainer instead of Turner? I think Hicks is another no brainer, probably Nimmo as well.

Possibly keep Touikki and Pivetta depending on what's available at auction for you.

I traded my pricier players at the end of last season to gain some roster flexibility going into this year's auction.
I am a big believer in Tuner this season. He was recovering from a wrist fracture in the 1st half of 2018, and went on to mash .350+ in the 2nd half.

I'd take the 11 above and have a healthy $130. budget going into the auction. This is a 10 team, so no need to keep marginal--slightly above avg players and tie up a slot. Maybe add in Zimmerman or McNeil if you are a believer for this year.

* $6 Colin Moran (Coming off a decent rookie season and currently slated to start @ 3B in PIT)

Moran should get 450 PAs platooning with... someone. Kang, probably. Feels like a dollar guy in a 10-team NL. Pivetta has a ton of hype but you don't count Ks and his ERA was horrendous last year, so I dunno. I love O'Neill especially with Ozuna hurting, but I don't see the PT. I don't have any faith in Zimm, personally. I don't think I'd keep any but if I did, I think I'd rank them:

From the Philly POV, Pivetta seems poised to take the next step this year. His bad luck, compounded with god-awful defense behind him, was a huge factor last year. His stuff is excellent, his location is usually quite good [too good sometimes, when he misses just a little in the zone and they go bye bye]. And, he is still learning. Don't dismiss him out of hand based on numbers from last year.
As to Zimmerman, is it just me or does he seem to put a year together every other year? I found that to be the case when I owned him. Couple this with the injuries, and I will avoid him unless he comes at a huge discount. In a 10 teamer, you can afford to re-bid if you like him.
Moran seems to be caught in a position mess where 3 guys are trying to get PT at 2 corner positions---Kang, O'Neil, and Bell. I will avoid all 3 unless that big bargain falls in my lap. JMHO

I might keep Turner. He is priced pretty well, even in 10-team, and ---when healthy, always the biggie!---will cover his salary easily. No bargain, but a good track record since he went to LA.

I'd keep Zimmerman. I agree with you on Turner; keep him, too. I would avoid the other three. Despite what the Phillies' fan things, defense had nothing to do with his awful HR rate his entire MLB career, and that's a killer. O'Neill has a severe contact issue---his best K rate in his career was 23.3%, which is fine, but it was rookie ball. Moran might be listed as a starter, but I think Kang is better and Hayes is knocking on the door---he isn't going to block anyone.

I agree with JC. I wouldn't keep any of them.

I like all of these to some degree, just not at these prices. Given their issues and looking at the other prices of keepers, at the worst you should get them back at these prices with a new contract. At the best you find better value in different players for the same money or get some of these back at a discount.
