    2019 NFL Off-Season Arrest Thread

Saints CB P.J. Williams was arrested for DUI on Wednesday in New Orleans.
The impending free agent was booked for drunk driving and careless driving around 1:10 in the morning overnight and bonded out a little more than three hours later. Williams was the Saints' nickel back this season, covering the slot for the team. This is Williams' second known drunk driving offense after getting one in 2015 in Tallahassee as a prospect out of Florida State.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft was charged with misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution in Jupiter, Florida.
Jupiter Police chief Daniel Kerr said there's video evidence of Kraft involved in sex acts at Orchids of Asia spa parlor in Jupiter. The investigation was conducted over the the last several months and resulted in 25 people being charged, Kraft included. An "active arrest warrant" has reportedly been issued for the Pats owner in Palm Beach County, where he has a nearby residence. Kraft's spokesperson "categorically denied" he was engaged in any illegal activity.

Former Ravens RB and restricted free agent Alex Collins was arrested in Baltimore following a car crash early Friday morning.
Details are unclear, but both police and the Ravens confirmed Collins was taken into custody after a car crashed into a tree shortly before 7 AM this morning. It's not yet public whether Collins was driving the vehicle. Collins is not a lock to return to the Ravens this season as an RFA after a disappointing 2018.

Free Agent WR Demaryius Thomas was arrested for vehicular assault stemming from a crash earlier this month.
Thomas has also been charged with reckless driving and driving without proof of insurance. The incident happened just after midnight on February 16. Thomas reportedly lost control of his vehicle, which rolled before coming to a stop in a grassy median. Thomas and both of his passengers were transported to the hospital, although Thomas' injuries were reportedly minor. In Colorado, vehicular assault is defined as driving in a reckless manner which causes serious bodily injury to another person.

Free agent CB Adam “Pacman” Jones has had another run-in with the law. The free agent defensive back was arrested at a casino early Wednesday morning and jailed, per multiple reports, after gaming agents came to check on a report of “possible cheating at a table game.”

According to the Indiana Gaming Commission (via NBC News), Jones was booked into Dearborn County jail after being arrested at approximately 3 a.m. at Rising Sun Casino, located in the greater Cincinnati area. When agents went to the table game room, the IGC said, Jones “immediately became verbally combative and disorderly.”

Jones, 35, was arrested for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, intimidation and resisting arrest. He was reportedly booked on a single count of suspicion of disorderly conduct, and he will be held without bail until Thursday, when he is set to appear before an Ohio County judge. Updating an earlier report, free agent RB Alex Collins is facing three charges stemming from his arrest in Baltimore Friday morning.

Collins was taken into custody after crashing his Corvette into a tree about a mile from the Ravens' facility. The 24-year-old, who was released by the Ravens mere hours after his arrest, was cited for possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana, intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a handgun inside a vehicle. Intent to distribute marijuana is a felony while the other two charges are both misdemeanors. The 2016 fifth-rounder was released on $7,500 bail early Saturday morning following an initial court hearing. Collins is less than two years removed from a promising 2017 campaign but he'll probably have to resolve his legal issues before getting a look elsewhere. He can also expect a lengthy suspension.

10 grams that's less than a half ounce. in MA you can have an ounce on you. not to mention a gun is less of a charge?

see this is why they always play the worst Journey songs on the radio.

The Wall Street Journal reports Patriots owner Robert Kraft has been offered a deal in his prostitution case.

Per the WSJ, all charges would be dropped, but Kraft would have to admit he would have been found guilty at trial. At age 77 with nothing but time and money on his hands, it is possible Kraft spurns the deal in hopes of wearing Florida authorities down to an outright dismissal.
