Should we add 5 KO's to VD13? Yes or No.
- These KO's will occur between rounds 5 and (approx) 15.
- KO's cannot be from the rarer Decades (to be determined). For example, you cannot KO from the following decades:
Hitting Decades: 1870, 1900, 1910, 1940 (1950? and 2010?)
Pitching Decades: 1870, 1890, 1920, 1930, 1940 (1950?)
