                        I heard them on Fresh Air on NPR a while back and they were all pretty funny.

                            they were talking about how their parents made them a band as little kids and they were playing to audiences of one at delicatessens. They were saying they didn't realize this was unusual and thought every family had it's own band ala The Partridge Family. One of them told a story about her friend from middle school asking her if she wanted to go to the mall and hang out after class and she was like "sure, but... don't you have band practice?"

                            man, I miss live music.

                              It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.
