Since Politics is a large turn-off for many, I've created a separate forum for Politics only. So the stench of it doesn't need to rub off on our other Sports Bar friends. I'll be shifting over Politics related threads there shortly.

i view the forum move as a preemptive thing as opposed to a reactionary one. if i was to predict the near future, i think politics in the real world have the potential of getting pretty wild and bumpy. although i think everyone here has been handling things pretty well so far. i think the real test for us is yet to come. so why not try to protect ourselves if we can. also, it's been great seeing members that have been here a long time being active in political threads. i think it's a healthy thing to be able to talk about what's on everyone's mind and have a place to sort everything. while members that want to be sunshine, and not roll around in the mud with us, can too.Comment
