He can't take on the Warriors in the Finals if he signs with a Western Conference team, which would really shake things up a bit. The most obvious threat to Golden State would be if he finds a way to join the Rockets, but I'm not sure LeBron wants to play D'Antoni ball and I'm not sure D'Antoni would want to materially change his approach for LeBron. I also don't think LeBron likes Harden all that much, but he does seem to like Chris Paul a lot.
