MLB is a double league (AL/16 teams vs NL/16 teams), and the World Series pits the AL winner vs the NL winner. FA's, waivers, trades and the draft, for each league are independent of the other.


* Entering our 12th season.

* 6 Keepers, hard count.

* WS HFA (Home-Field Advantage) to be voted on. Best Record to match current MLB structure, or traditional All-Star Game.

* Drafts tentatively scheduled for weekend of March 24-25.

* $50/season, handled through leaguesafe.

* Vacancies in both leagues. Mini-drafts for new owners to establish keepers using all vacant rosters.

* AL/NL are slightly different in scoring and roster.


AL: 7 batting categories, 6 pitching categories. 2 DH slots, 9 Pitcher slots.
R, HR, RBI, (TB), SB, AVG, OPS * K, W, ERA, WHIP, SvHl, K/9.
