Browns need to take a QB at #1.....my guess is Josh Allen. At #4, they can make a huge boom by taking Saquon Barkley.

The Giants have to take a QB at #2.

Browns need a QB but will trade out of the 1 spot to avoid the whole "I don't want to play for Cleveland" situation with Rosen and Darnold. They trade with Buffalo to get the #21 pick, a 2nd rounder, and a 1st in 2020. Cleveland then takes Barkley at #4. At pick #21 the Browns take Johnny Manziel. Quickly realizing their mistake they trade Barkley to the Bills for the #22 pick, a 2nd rounder in 2019, and a 6th rounder this year. Cleveland then takes Brandon Weeden at #22.

Hey Belichick didn't have a good record in Cleveland. Maybe Hue is the next Belichick. If that were to happen, I'm pretty sure Cleveland fans would be done with the NFL.

They're absolutely going after one of the QBs.

the Jets clearly have concluded that they want to marry 3 players - either 3 QBs or 2 QBs and Barkley, to the point where no one can prevent them from getting one of them.

vibe in NY area is that Giants still love Eli (who has not won a playoff game in 12 of 14 seasons, but the other two finishes were better), and possibly backup Webb as well. if so, they could get a mountain of picks for the 2 slot now if Denver or Buffalo want to go all-in.

Browns at 1 and 4 also is fascinating. if they go QB at 1 and love Barkley, they could give the Jets a good pick back to move up one spot to 3. why would Jets do it? partly because they would know the Browns aren't taking another QB at 3 in that scenario. although given those teams, somehow it all works out disastrously for both anyway.


Colts made a good trade on their end, for sure. unless Luck is done. wait, what?
