Do I make this move?

In a 14 team league. Although it's not technically a 2 qb league, it sort of is..QB's get the most points and we have 2 flex spots where one can be a QB...Anyway, can't roster more than 2 qb's, and must have 2 qb's at all times. My QB's are Mariotta and Bradford. The only QBs out there are Bortles and Moore. I've been holding onto Bradford in hopes he comes back..But Mariotta has a bye..Do I start no QB or drop Bradford for Bortles and maybe try to get Bradford back on the cheap during his bye week?

I am in a league 14 team 2 qbs and we have zero qbs available even Bridgewater. I would make that move because bortles is a starter and even if you are stuck with him and Bradford comes back the point differential isn't that great

not from a fantasy standpoint but from a winning one, is Cutler really that much better than Moore? I thought Moore looked good last year... or was it the year before that?
