8-13 man Minor League Roster (below 120AB, 10GS[SP], 25IP[RP])
$256 Salary Cap, 80 contract years (majors)
$25 entry fee (managed through LeagueSafe)

It is admittedly a rebuilder. The team has the option of franchising Brandon Belt and there is a decent free agent market.
