  • Best Blog for Each Team List

I don't know if this has been done before, seems like it would have, but I did a search for "blogs" and didn't find anything.

Can we get the fans for each team to say what the best blog is for info/discussion about their team?

    I'll get it started:

    Astros: http://www.astroscounty.com/ - Kevin Seitzer
Blue Jays: http://bluejaysnation.com/ "there are few different ones but this is my fav" - TranaGreg
    Brewers: https://reviewingthebrew.com/ - chancellor
    Cardinals: http://www.vivaelbirdos.com/ - james33
    Diamondbacks: http://insidethezona.com/ - BigJohnEmpire
    Dodgers: www.truebluela.com - eldiablo505
    Mariners: http://www.ussmariner.com/ - kawaise
    Mets: www.metsblog.com - Judge Jude
    Padres: https://friarsonbase.com/ - TopChuckie
    Orioles: http://camdendepot.blogspot.com/ - BigJohnEmpire
    Pirates: https://rumbunter.com/ - madducks
    Rangers: https://www.lonestarball.com/ - Ken
    Reds: https://www.redreporter.com/ - BigJohnEmpire
    Rockies: http://www.purplerow.com/ - senorsheep
    Yankees - http://riveraveblues.com/ - TopChuckie

Some people say winning isn't everything. I say those people never won anything.

Quitters never win, winners never quit, but those who never win AND never quit are idiots.

The last thing I want to do is hurt you...but it's still on the list.

Some people are like Slinkies, they are not really good for anything but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

great idea. TC, can I suggest you keep a running list in the first post?

Blue Jays: http://bluejaysnation.com/ (there are few different ones but this is my fav)
It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.

"When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean - neither more nor less."
"The question is," said Alice, "whether you can make words mean so many different things."
"The question is," said Humpty Dumpty, "which is to be master - that's all."

              Astros:
http://www.astroscounty.com/ Best articles, doesn't always post regularly
http://www.crawfishboxes.com/ One of the better SB Nation blogs with a good comment section, like other SB Nation sites the quality ebbs and flows based on the writer group at any given time

"RF Aaron Judge: 1-3, 4 R, 1 HR, 2 RBI, 2 BB, 1 K — the Yankees have a day game tomorrow, and the fact Judge played tonight and 1B Tyler Austin didn’t is a pretty good indication Austin will be called up to replace Alex Rodriguez" - River Ave Blues

This is a good example of why I started this thread.

By default I just go to whichever SB Nation blog there is for each team which seems to be the trend so far. Some are better than others but I haven't seen other blogs that would change my mind.

Bumping this thread to see if we can get a more comprehensive list for 2018. See the first post in this thread for the current list for each team.

I was just looking for Padres opinions in the wake of the Hosmer signing as I own Pirela and Renfroe, and found the blog I added to the OP to be the most up to date and informative.

Please add suggestions for your team and let me know if any of the existing suggestions from 2016 need to be replaced.
