It's pretty funny and shows some different sides of Prince that perhaps many dont know about.

I had planned on watching only a few minutes of this but it was so interesting and amusing that I couldnt stop and ended up viewing the whole thing."You know what's wrong with America? If I lovingly tongue a woman's nipple in a movie, it gets an "NC-17" rating, if I chop it off with a machete, it's an "R". That's what's wrong with America, man...."--Dennis Hopper

Fans will soon be able to tour Prince's Paisley Park home and studio.
http://money.cnn.com/2016/08/24/news...commended_pool
"Fans can start buying tickets this Friday at 3 p.m. ET for tours that begin on Oct. 3. The home is in Chanhassen, Minn., about 30 minutes outside of Minneapolis. The tickets are available online.
Tickets will cost $38.50, according to the business plan on file with local zoning board. Tours will last just over an hour and be limited to 25 to 30 guests at a time, which means about 1,500 to 2,000 visitors a day at peak periods. VIP tours of smaller groups will be available for $100 or more per head. Graceland Holdings, which has run the tours at Elvis Presley's Memphis home since 1982, will participate in the management of the tours."“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.”

i think raspberry beret is my favorite because it's so annoying. ..i wasn't a prince guy but i don't think there's a bad song on the when doves cry album. i like the song I would die for you, it's romantic in a cute way.
one time at work we got a call that one of the stores had the same 3 music tracks that was repeating. i joked that one of the songs was raspberry beret and the other 2 were michael bolton songs, but the store couldn't tell if the michael bolton songs were in fact the same repeating songs or they just sounded the same. so i asked if the company had a michael bolton expert so we could try to fix the problem.
..but if you're ever gonna have a song stuck playing over and over, my moneys on raspberry beret.

Minnesota now has it's own "Graceland".
"In a unanimous vote Monday evening, the Chanhassen City Council voted to re-zone Paisley Park as a permanent museum."
"Since his death it had been open to the public for limited tours for just three days as part of a temporary agreement with the city. "

A previously unreleased Prince album that was recorded in 2010 is scheduled to be released on July 30.
Amazon Editorial Review
Recorded in the spring of 2010 and then mysteriously abandoned by Prince before its release, the statement album 'Welcome 2 America' documents Prince’s concerns, hopes, and visions for a shifting society, presciently foreshadowing an era of political division, disinformation, and a renewed fight for racial justice. The album features some of Prince's only studio collaborations with the bassist Tal Wilkenfeld, drummer Chris Coleman, and engineer Jason Agel, with additional contributions from New Power Generation singers Shelby J, Liv Warfield, and Elisa Fiorillo and keyboardist Morris Hayes, who Prince also recruited to co-produce the album.
