Brandon Marshall's agent Kennard McGuire has issued a statement on his client's stabbing.
"This is a very difficult time for Brandon and family, thankfully he will make a full recovery," he said. "We simply ask that his privacy is respected." Mike Sims-Walker, Marshall's friend and college teammate at UCF, also stated on Twitter that the Dolphins receiver "will be o.k. and is in good spirits." ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Marshall's wounds necessitated surgery upon his arrival at the hospital. Although nothing has been confirmed yet, it is believed Marshall was stabbed with a knife by his wife. The couple has a history of domestic violence.
