I wouldn't touch RG3, he was totally dysfunctional in his last two starts, plus his line and coaching staff are also dysfunctional.

So then the question becomes, what's more likely, Dalton rights the ship vs. CLE or Locker gets lucky vs. a dreadful Jets secondary?

While all terrible options, I'd probably lean towards Dalton just because he has AJ Green.

That would be my choice too. Dalton looked good last week against the Steelers & Green looks healthy after dealing with some foot problems this season. I'd roll with Dalton in an important game for the Bengals playoff chances.

Gotta roll with Dalton and hope. At least there's realistic hope for a good upside performance.

OTOH, you may have two quarterbacks who will net you 10 picks and -10 fantasy points, too.
