Broncos WR Carlos Henderson was arrested for driving under the influence of marijuana in West Monroe, Louisiana on Sunday afternoon.
He was pulled over for driving 84 in a 60 MPH zone, and police noticed a "strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle" when they approached Henderson's SUV. Officers saw "thick green residue" in Henderson's mouth during their search, but Henderson denied eating the marijuana. The arrest puts Henderson at risk of a suspension. The 82nd pick in last April's draft, Henderson missed his rookie year with a torn thumb ligament. The Broncos can't count on him for a 2018 role.

49ers LB Reuben Foster was arrested in Tuscaloosa, Ala., for second-degree marijuana possession, which is a Class A misdemeanor in the state. Last year, at the NFL combine, he failed a drug test for submitting a diluted sample.

Jets WR Robby Anderson was arrested and charged with harm to a public servant/family, reckless driving, eluding police, and resisting arrest Friday morning in Florida.
Anderson was arrested in Florida last offseason as well at a music festival. This one sounds a bit more serious, however, though little details are known at this point. Coming off a breakout 2017, this is the last thing Anderson needs.

Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey was arrested for third-degree robbery in Alabama on Thursday.
The details of the incident are unknown, but third-degree robbery in Alabama is defined as the accused using force or threatening to use force during a robbery. It is a Class C felony. A first-round pick last year, Humphrey was impressive as a rookie, but he is now looking at a likely suspension.

            This guy again:

49ers MLB Reuben Foster was arrested Sunday morning in Santa Clara (CA) on charges "related to domestic violence," and for possessing an assault rifle.
He's being held on $75,000 bail, $50,000 for domestic violence and $25,000 for the assault weapon. It's Foster's second arrest in the last month; he was popped for marijuana possession in Alabama on January 12. Foster also failed a drug test at the 2017 Combine and was kicked out of the Combine after an altercation with a hospital employee. When healthy, Foster proved a difference-making run defender as a rookie. He now risks missing significant time due to a string of off-field incidents.

Former Dolphins and 49ers OL Jonathan Martin has been taken into police custody after posting a disturbing image on Instagram of a shotgun and ammunition, threatening "suicide" and/or "revenge".
Martin was the famous victim of "Bullygate" while with the Dolphins back in 2013. In the photo he posted on Friday, Martin wrote, "When you're a bully victim & a coward, your options are suicide, or revenge." In the photo, there was a shotgun and several rounds of shells lying on a bed, and Martin tagged former Dolphins teammates OG Richie Incognito and C Mike Pouncey. Martin also tagged two others, presumably from his old high school, while also tagging the #MiamiDolphins and #HarvardWestlake, his high school. Harvard Westlake subsequently shut down its campus after seeing the image. Martin was then taken into custody shortly after. The 28-year-old hasn't played in the NFL since 2014 and clearly has some mental issues. Thankfully, it didn't turn ugly.

FREE-AGENT OFFENSIVE TACKLE Branden Albert was arrested Wednesday in Atlanta and is currently in the Fulton County Jail, according to online records.

He is facing a felony charge of willful obstruction of law enforcement officers by use of threats or violence and second degree criminal damage to property. No bond is listed.

Albert, 33, briefly retired last year after the Miami Dolphins traded him to the Jacksonville Jaguars. He changed his mind one week later, but the Jaguars released him and he remained unsigned last season.

Aldon Smith has been released from the Oakland Raiders, the team announced Monday afternoon.

The news comes days after the linebacker was involved in an alleged incident of domestic violence. According to NBC Sports Bay Area, Smith was involved in an altercation on Saturday and fled the scene before police arrived and identified him as the suspect. The victim in the incident suffered non life-threatening injuries.

TMZ reported Monday that Smith checked himself into rehab following the incident.

The Los Angeles Times' Nathan Fenno reports free agent CB Sean Smith will be sentenced to one year in jail as part of a plea deal for his felony assault charge.

Smith was charged with felony assault last August after allegedly attacking his sister's boyfriend. Fenno reports Smith will plead guilty to the charge and accept one year of jail time along with three years of probation. The corner was released by the Raiders on Monday.

Broncos DT Adam Gotsis has been arrested on rape charges in Atlanta.
The arrest stems from a 2013 incident when Gotsis was a student at Georgia Tech. The No. 63 overall pick of the 2016 draft, Gotsis started 13 games last season. His 2018 status should be considered up in the air. It's an extremely serious situation.

Jets OLB Dylan Donahue also faces DUI charges in Montana stemming from a May 2017 arrest.

Donahue was busted nine days after he was picked in the fifth round of last year's draft when he flipped his vehicle and had a blood-alcohol content of 0.137. Donahue, of course, was just arrested for his second DUI in less than a year last month when he drove the wrong way down the Lincoln Tunnel in NY/NJ and crashed head-on with a bus. He may not be long for the NFL.

                        Say what now?

Zay Jones was arrested in a bizarre, nude incident.

In a video obtained by TMZ Sports, Jones is seen completely nude and involved in a struggle with his brother, Vikings WR Cayleb Jones. Zay was yelling, "I'm going to fight for Jesus," and was allegedly trying to jump off of a 30th floor balcony in an L.A. hotel, smashing his foot through a window. The window and area around it was covered in blood from Zay's leg/foot. He's currently being held at USC medical center, and it's unclear what exactly is his issue.
