  • categories question - walks instead of OBP

Does anyone use walks a category?

and if you do what kind of numbers are there in a 12 teamer?
Do five more walks matter? 10? 20?

    thanks

Nope, but I'd think the math would be relatively straightforward - take the top 168 players (or some more if you want to include reserves) to get a mean walks/player and standard deviation. Use the mean *14 to get a rough idea what a mid-tier team would have; use the standard deviation on a player's projected walks to determine how good or bad a player is in that category.
I'm just here for the baseball.
