which asterisk contract do I move?

In my league, an asterisk contract is defined as a final year or $25 (or greater) salary. In trade, I need to give up one in order to get one. Here are my three asterisk contracts:

carrasco
b.parker
m.givens

Normally, carrasco would not be a consideration but with the news of his illness, does he even return in 2019? If he did, his innings are more valuable than the save potential of parker or givens.

Who should be first to go???

Tough call. Carrasco or Givens.

I can't imagine that Carrasco makes it back for any significant playing time this season.


EDIT: This from Rotoworld this morning --
Carrasco revealed Saturday that he has leukemia, and now we have more details. It's a treatable form of the disease, and the righty has been cleared to resume strength and conditioning and also a throwing program as tolerated. Carrasco will be re-evaluated regularly and there is no timetable for his return. The hope is that he'll make it back sometime during the second half, but certainly there are no guarantees. Obviously, Carrasco's health is the primary focus.
