The regular season will run for 20 weeks (periods) . The playoffs will be period #21, #22 and the championship will be week #23 and #24 combined. The first week of the playoffs will start August 18 to Aug 24 and week two will be the Aug 25 - Aug 31 and the championship game will have week one starting Sept 1 - Sept 7 and week 2 Sept 8 -Sept 14. The periods begin on Mondays (starting March 30th) so scoring for a period will be Monday to Sunday each week. Lineups need to be posted 5 minutes before the first MLB game of the week on Mondays.
Playoffs
There will be 3 divisions, the team with the best record from each of the 3 divisions will make the playoffs along with 3 wild card teams. The #1 and #2 seconds will receive a bye the first week of the playoffs. The playoff matchups are determined by the top seeded manager in each round choosing who they want to play. Standing tie breakers, if needed will be record. Second tie breaker would be points scored..
#3 seed will choose who he wants to play the first round of the playoffs.
This automatically matches up the other 2 teams..
Remember #1 and #2 get a bye the first week of the playoffs.
In Round 2, the #1 seed will choose who he wants to play.
