- Increase in the number of KO's (6,8,10)
- Change the range of KO's (rounds 5-19, 7-21 etc)
- Change the structure of the KO period (staggering picks, or weighing the period of KO's)
- No KO's
- Decades & Letters OR decades OR Letters
- OBP or BA
- 162's or BY

Could you manage a mid-August start ... 1 month? That would give you time to evaluate ... we could always push back the start time then if you felt you needed it. First few rounds are pretty ABC in any case. Will be Sept before the big decisions need to be made.

I love picking those obscure guys no one else has ever heard of, personally. I'd be for letters only.
