Posting today so I won't be in a rush in the am. I weighed in at 239 this am despite a subpar week. The bottom line is fewer calories in. I feel a sense of accomplishment but a greater sense that there is still work to be done. 220 by the AS Break.

7 lbs. in 9 weeks. I should pretty happy with that, and when I look at the totality of it, I am! That's more than .5 lbs/week. As I've said before, I struggled this winter. I really watched my food intake this week and was able to go for a 30 minute walk on Saturday. I decided to head over to church and walk a circle including some up and down stairs. I was disappointed that 30 minutes killed me. In November, that's when I would have been hitting my stride.

Slow Cooker Lasagna with baguette for dinner tonight. This is one of my family's favorites. I love it and it is so filling.

200/191/165 Have missed the gym for the last 2 weeks. Put 6 or so lbs back on. Not doing what I told myself I'd do. Though I plan on getting back into it starting tomorrow.

I'm also thinking of buying PX90. I don't seem to be doing much with my current routine, but building stamina and dropping weight slowly. I really need something that will obliterate this beer gut.

Thoughts?
