      4.5 loss for the week. Down 27 so far. Opening day goal 265. Long term goal 200ish

      Wanna talk about jump starts? How about puking for 2 days among other things. Nice little 48hour bug hit me early last week, so i didn't do much for a few days including eating. Was able to do a 4 mile run/walk sunday morning.

        Trying to lose more slowly now. I've only got a few lbs of fat left on me, so I want to conserve them while I work my way out of poverty.

        I did manage to run 15 KM in 1:26 though, so that was pretty sweet. Also hit a long HR in the first spring training softball game, and made a nice double play at shortstop.

                Well I felt tired and weak all week long and thus only worked out three times when I normally do it 5-6 times a week. I did not eat horrible but I was not as vigilant as I could have been. Ebb and flow I guess. I have to stay with it. If it's just a wall then push through it.

                  228 - 220 - 205 - in for summer

                  down 1 more pound - which I give to good eating habits - to compact bad drinking habit. Great weather last week in Ohio. 70's . So of course my neighbor from across the street which I haven't seen for the most of the winter corner me into 2 nights of corn-hole ( with beer drinking ) a night of bowling ( with beer drinking) a Day of Golf - (with Beer drinking but at least I walked the course) and then of course St Paddy's day.

                  Being single for the first time in a long time I might need a new course in time management. Or at least stay away from activities that go hand in hand with beer drinking.( or get new friends LOL) I did get 3 - 2 mile walks in tho.

                    I'm really struggling to get my energy back. Pretty amazing that I could run a 15 KM (9 miles) run on wednesday and feel fine the next day, then spend 2 days nearly crippled after softball practice on sunday. I was supposed to attempt a 1/2 marathon jog (2 hour pace) tomorrow, but I'm not sure if I'll be recovered by then.

                    For all the guys that gained or stayed the same weight this week, keep going. Everyone hits plateaus. You literally have the rest of your life to get in shape, so there's plenty of time.

                      I started doing 2-mile hikes again a couple of weeks ago, then did a couple of 3-milers last weekend.

                      Today, I did a 4-miler - first one in about 2 years, probably.

                      Felt great afterwards, I thought - 'til I got back from the 15-minute drive and made an unexpected "uhhhhhhhh" sound as I got out of the car, lol.
