Football Keepers

8 team TD league. Must keep 9 players. At the end of the draft we must have the following roster:

2 QB
4 RB
6 WR
2 K
2 DEF
2 Util

Each week we start QB 2*RB 3*WR K DEF

I haven't looked at my roster since the end of last season; after my initial cut today my keepers look like this:

1. S. Jackson
2. D. McFadden
3. H. Nicks
4. D. Bryant
5. M. Crabtree
6. M. Hardesty
7. C. Ochocinco
8. T. Jones

Last keeper is Big Ben or Reggie Bush, leaving Kolb and Lee Evans as the guys heading the field.

Thoughts?

Assuming most of the best QBs will be kept, I think you have to keep Big Ben.

Also, if this is PPR, you should keep R. Bush instead of T. Jones or M. Hardesty.

ETA: If it's only TDs, then nevermind.

why would you keep Hardesty or Thomas Jones over Kolb?

If this is a TD-only league, Jones has value. Hardesty, less so.

Thanks for the replies. I should add that I have both the 1st and 9th picks in the draft. It's not clear yet who's been thrown back.

I'd keep Big Ben and throw Hardesty back (keep either Bush or Kolb).

Um, just found out that Tony Romo has been thrown back by another team.

This might affect my thinking...
