Would you rather have:

Greg Jennings in lieu of a 3rd round pick

or

Dez Bryant in lieu of a 6th round pick.

It depends on a few factors. Can we assume 12 teams and starting 3 WRs? What's your draft position? The rounds are both fair value, which means I'd rather give up the later pick and hope a better WR falls to me in Rd 3.

12 teams, start 2 WRs and a flex.

There are six keepers per team but only one can be someone who was drafted in rounds 1-7 the previous year. So it's unlikely Jennings makes it to the third round if I throw him back.

Draft position is not known yet. It is determined just before the keeper deadline.

I'd go Dez. Much upside there and you're not getting close to that in the 6th round. 3rd round, you're probably looking at a player a tick below but comparable to Jennings.
