  • Wasserman and the DNC........

Wasserman's IT specialist gets arrested and this one doesnt really look good for her or the DNC.

This is could really get interesting and damaging to so many people in the DNC.

The DNC using Iraqi IT specialists - and he and his family have made up to 5 million dollars over the last number of years.
It is wrong and ultimately self-defeating for a nation of immigrants to permit the kind of abuse of our immigration laws we have seen in recent years and we must stop it.

DWS is scum and I hope she goes down.
If DMT didn't exist we would have to invent it. There has to be a weirdest thing. Once we have the concept weird, there has to be a weirdest thing. And DMT is simply it.

Jeez, bg, that's pretty misleading just to throw that out there. You leave out the most pertinent fact, which is that the guy has been arrested for bank fraud related to rental properties he owns, not anything having to do with his IT work for any Democrats. And there is nothing in any of the news accounts about the DNC except for the fact that DWS used to be the Chairman.

I don't like DWS anymore than DMT does, but there's fact and there is opinion.

As for the money, when you say "he and his family", it sounds like you mean his wife and kids. You don't mention that his brothers and and least one of their wives are IT specialists. And they haven't made five million from the DNC. They made that money working for approximately thirty different congressmen, providing IT services. The Aman guy who got arrested made almost $2 million of that. When you consider that the time stretches from 2003 to 2017, you're talking about annual revenue for him of around $135,000. That's a hell of a lot of money, but for a small IT business, it isn't necessarily a huge gross revenue.

I'm just saying that about 75% of the stuff in your post was either bogus or misleading, which still puts you ahead of the White House communications office.

      So, carry on.

For someone who insists that he's an independent, equally critical of both parties, I wouldn't expect this to be the post you chose to make today. Just saying.
It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.

Someone has to provide balance for our obviously slanted media coverage :|

            My apologies RF -
I read a quick blurb and didnt really spend half an hours reading and researching. Essentially just covering what I saw on Yahoo.

That said - I agree that he was arrested for bank fraud.....

This is what I find more than concerning:

            http://www.politico.com/story/2017/0...-arrest-240960

"Most Democratic lawmakers cut ties with Awan and his family after the criminal investigation came to light in early February. But Awan continued to be employed by Wasserman Schultz, although it’s unclear what his job duties were, given he had been barred from accessing the House IT system for months."

and just to make this an even handed "independent" post --- Trump has been about as big a mess as can be. But I have already said that before.

Is the Washington Post a lefty or righty - I dont know but here is what they have today:

              http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/de...rticle/2630307

"Former DNC chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., appears to have planned to continue paying IT aide Imran Awan even after he planned to flee to Pakistan.

This twist is the latest development in an astonishing tale of Wasserman Schultz's continued negligence involving her former IT aide, who was known to have breached sensitive House Intelligence Committee and House Foreign Affairs Committee servers, as well as having unfettered access to the computers, files, and emails belonging to dozens of members of Congress."

Okay, bg, let's go one at a time:

One, this is from the "Washington Examiner", not the Post.
Two, it is an opinion piece, not a news article. So the parts about "continued negligence", "known to have breached", and "unfettered access" should be taken with a grain of salt.
Three, don't you get tired of this?

My bad! I missed the "opinion" part.

Maybe my disdain for HRC/DNC is greater than I care to admit.
