Prado at $10, due for extension at $5 yr added, or Neil Walker at $10, going into his second year of his contract?

Walker looks like he has similar ability but I'd probably spend $5 more for Prado's track record if I was planning to win this year.

I agree with BigJ as they are very similar.

I would go with Walker. You get him for the same price (assuming you give Prado the year). If Walker improves greatly you could still extend him a year when the time comes. At 25 there is some upside. With Prado, you get what you get.

If you need ave. History would give a slight edge to Prado. Does Walker regress or improve on the .296. I think I take him and find out.
