      Just got back to the Gym after a 5 week layoff. Still eating well, have given up beer (2 in a month) and am rededicating myself to making my goal wight by July.

          Up a pound this week. Kinda frustrated as I exercised quite a bit last week...the weekend killed me.

          i have epiphanies like that all the time. for example i was watching a basketball game today and realized pom poms are like a pair of tits. there's 2 of them. they're round. they shake. women play with them. thus instead of having two, cheerleaders have four boobs.

              Hmm, 210.5, up a pound from last week but still down 5.5 overall.

              I started landscaping on Wednesday. Hopefully I start seeing better results due to that. If not immediately, then definitely once it gets hot out. I just want to make it to my ideal weight (180) by the end of the year, so slow and steady is okay by me.
              Larry David was once being heckled, long before any success. Heckler says "I'm taking my dog over to fuck your mother, weekly." Larry responds "I hate to tell you this, but your dog isn't liking it."
